2. Hosting, data location in Germany and server logs

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Personal data submitted directly to FF Immobilien through the contact form and Property Check is processed through the FF web and email infrastructure used for this purpose in Germany and handled in accordance with the GDPR. When the website is accessed, technically necessary server-log data may be processed, in particular IP address, time, requested resource, referrer and browser/system information. This processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where required, a data-processing agreement is to be concluded with the hosting provider.

Voluntarily used external services such as WhatsApp or Zeeg are separate. They are only engaged through your active use or consent and are also subject to the respective provider’s privacy information.

3. Contacting FF Immobilien

If you contact us by email, phone, contact form or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; where separate consent is given, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.

4. Property Check and file upload

The Property Check processes information about your search and buyer profile, the desired or specific property and your contact details. You may optionally provide a listing link or upload an exposé or similar documents. The information is processed to handle your enquiry and prepare for a possible engagement. On the live website, form data is sent by email to FF Immobilien; no CSV file is made available to the user for download. Uploaded files are only processed temporarily on the web server and are transmitted together with the enquiry.

Please upload only documents that you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary personal data relating to third parties.

5. Zeeg booking

For appointment booking, FF Immobilien uses Zeeg GmbH, Friedrichstraße 114a, 10117 Berlin, Germany. Zeeg is not loaded automatically as an embedded booking calendar on this website. Only when you actively click the booking button do you open the external Zeeg booking page. When you use the booking service, the information required to arrange the appointment is transferred to Zeeg. Zeeg provides a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and states that data is processed within the EU. Specific details, retention periods and settings are also governed by the Zeeg booking page and its privacy information.

6. WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button is an external link. Only when you click it do you leave this website, and the relevant WhatsApp provider’s privacy terms then apply. Merely visiting this website does not automatically embed WhatsApp or transmit data to it.

7. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies by default. Technically necessary local browser storage may be used to save your privacy choice. External services such as Zeeg or WhatsApp are not embedded automatically and are only opened when you actively use them. You can change your selection via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Where consent is required, processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change your choice at any time for the future via the cookie settings.

This website technically includes the Google Ads tag with ID AW-18452780743. Optional advertising storage and conversion measurement are disabled by default. Only after you consent to optional services is the relevant Google consent status set to “granted”. A dedicated confirmation page is prepared for successfully booked Zeeg appointments and should only be reached after an actual completed booking.

9. Retention period

Enquiries and Property Check data are generally retained only for as long as necessary to process the enquiry, conduct pre-contractual communication and manage a possible working relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are regularly deleted no later than 12 months afterwards unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require longer storage. If an engagement is entered into, statutory commercial and tax retention periods also apply.

10. Recipients

Recipients may include processors used by FF Immobilien, such as hosting and booking providers. Information is shared with lawyers, technical specialists, insurers or authorised insurance intermediaries, or other parties involved in the purchase process only where necessary for a service you request or where another legal basis applies.

11. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

12. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) is in particular the relevant authority.

13. Security

The website is intended to be operated exclusively via HTTPS. Forms are protected by technical measures against misuse. Absolute security of electronic transmission cannot, however, be guaranteed.
