The process remains transparent. You know what needs to be clarified next and which decision actually has to be made.

Relevant opportunities are filtered from property portals, agent networks and developer stock.

The listing is checked against reality: surroundings, noise, access, views, condition and practical usability.

Where needed, lawyers, technical experts and other specialists are brought in and their findings coordinated.

Outstanding issues, deadlines and all parties are coordinated through to key handover.

If the seller’s agent shares commission
In Spain, it is common for the seller’s agent and the buyer’s agent to share commission. If FF Immobilien receives a share from the seller’s side, that amount is credited against your invoice and can significantly reduce your actual cost. Any such commission sharing is disclosed transparently.
External specialist services
Legal fees, technical inspections, insurance and other specialist costs are not included in the fee. They are agreed with you in advance before they are commissioned or whenever they become necessary during the purchase.
